What is your primary product or service?
Full service home remodeling and design as well as custom home building & design.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in the homebuilding business 30 years ago. I worked for a semi custom home builder as a project manager and then as the general manager. We built approximately 40 new homes per year in our own subdivisions.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We've built hundreds of new homes as well as remodeled and repaired hundreds of homes over the past 20 years. Our motto is to "Do it right the first time". Our customers are our most valuable asset and we treat every job like it was our own home. We keep the jobsite extremely neat and clean so that our customers have the least amount of stress while the job is in progress. 75-80% of our work is from repeat customers or referrals from past customers which is a testimony to our way of conducting our business.
