I began J Carnes & Son Roofing in 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential and commercial roof installations. We also perform roof related work including, deck work, gutters and downspouts, trim work, skylights and chimney repair
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in a family business. I have been involved with roof installations since I was 14 years old.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
One great feature is the customers deal directly with the owner through the entire process of their roof project. I take the initial call, provide the presentation and estimate and also monitor the work in progress. We are also a GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor. This title gives us the ability to offer factory backed warranties that no other roofing company located on the Seacoast is capable of offering.
